Grand Mall Gaisano, Capital Gaisano, Alturas groceries and Colonade) soon to open and can also be ordered online.

The processing time for orders is 24-48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within Metro Manila is 2-3 business days, and 7-14 business days outside Metro Manila. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary.

We ship all our domestic orders through LBC, AP Cargo and Cargo Bayan. If you are near us, we can deliver it ourselves to you personally!

You may only cancel your order before the product has been shipped.

We are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. In the unlikely event that a product arrived damage, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the damaged product and proof of your order confirmation email so that we can settle the issue right away.
